DIAGNOSIS OF BREATHING

Breathing diagnostics related to the BREATHING program is part of a wider system of diagnostics in the field of intelligent health management, My Health Management.

Breathing diagnostics includes an initial examination of the condition and consultation, examination of posture and mobility, analysis of biochemical and bio-mechanical aspects of breathing, and analysis of the results of specially designed questionnaires.
A more advanced diagnostic protocol includes spiroergometry, which provides additional information on respiratory status and an important health biomarker, V02Max.

Breathing diagnostics also includes taking an overall history of the client’s condition and lifestyle, as well as analysis of a complete blood count, cortisol curve obtained from saliva analysis (optional), hormone test results, and other medical documentation, if any.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION!


  • Diagnostics takes 1-1.5 hours
  • Diagnostics includes counseling, filling in detailed questionnaires and specific diagnostics
  • It is necessary to bring medical documentation to the diagnosis, if it exists

Teachers – breathing trainers


The creators and teachers of the BREATHING program and the My Health Management system are kinesiologists Mirela Anić and Igor Blažinčić.

Both have over 25 years of professional practice in working with recreational groups and athletes. They have completed a large number of informal specializations in the field of fitness training for athletes, kinesitherapy, diagnostics and the field of health optimization, especially breathing and sleep .

They have been working in the field of breathing for twenty years, implementing with their clients and in personal practice all the methods that are part of this program, so they have legitimacy, knowledge and experience that guarantee exceptional results to the participants.

In the breathing program, they use a large number of different methods , the most famous of which are: Buteyko, Pranayama, Qi Gong, Alchemy breathwork, DNS, Fascial fitness, Oxygene advantage, PNEI etc.

Their reputation and excellence is contributed by the integrity of the approach to health and breathing and the individualization of the program .

GRUPNI PROGRAM

Treninzi u grupama odvijaju se u malim trenažnim skupinama od 6 do 8 polaznika.
Male grupe omogućuju veću individualizaciju programa unutar iste skupine. Treninzi grupa programiraju se s ciljem postizanja konkretnih rezultata za određeni period, poštujući sastav grupe, razinu sposobnosti i mogućnosti klijenata unutar grupe. I unutar grupnih programa pazi se na kvalitetu podučavanja i kontrole izvođenja vježbi svakog sudionika te se nastoji odgovoriti individualno specifičnim zahtjevima klijenata unutar grupe.

Najbolji dio treninga u grupi je motivacijska atmosfera, veselje i pozitivizam koji su važan pokretač u kontinuiranoj brizi za zdravlje i vrhunsku formu.
Preporuča se osobama s ranijim iskustvom u treningu i osobama bez ograničenja, izuzev grupnih Prenatal i Active programa.

*Ovi programi spadaju u grupne programe, ali za posebne populacijske skupine, osobe s posebnim ograničenjima i potrebom za modifikacijom vježbi te za osobe sa bolnim stanjima i ozljedama.

INDIVIDUALNI PROGRAM

Individualni treninzi su treninzi najvišeg standarda, temeljeni na rezultatima dijagnostike te usklađeni s ciljevima klijenta.

U ovom programu potpuno se odgovara preferencijama, osobinama i mogućnostima klijenta.

Klijenta se detaljno podučava, kontrolira i podržava u provedbi svake vježbe te drugim aspektima optimizacije zdravlja i dugovječnosti.

Posebno se preporuča osobama u kineziterapiji, osobama specifičnih trenažnih zahtjeva i ciljeva te osobama kojima treba više inicijalne podrške prilikom ulaska u trenažni program.
