Body & Mind offers a variety of programs intended for training and therapy for the general population.The training programs are aimed at different goals, according to the wishes and capabilities of the participants.As our slogan says, Body & Mind training programs are intelligent and aimed at optimizing health and all psycho-physical abilities.In addition to a high level of energy and vitality, good looks and shape, with the Body & Mind programs you improve your motor program and maintain the youth of the brain.The Body & Mind system of work represents a new dimension of fitness, which helps each of you to realize your full potential.We proudly and uniquely combine different methods and approaches into a new, modern and complete system intended for everyone who wants the best for their body and mind.All our programs are carried out individually, semi-individually or in small groups of 6-8 people.

ONLINE TRAINING


We have combined all our knowledge and experience into one ON LINE program with which you can improve your appearance and body shape and shape your body in the desired way. At the same time, you can increase your strength and fitness, mobility and flexibility, and learn how to reduce stress, relax and breathe properly. Our goal is to guide, educate and motivate you in creating and preserving healthy lifestyle habits and achieving your specific goal.

INTRODUCTORY TRAINING


Before starting recreational exercise at the Body & Mind center, each person undergoes a private INTRODUCTORY TRAINING consisting of a consultation, initial diagnostics and a short demonstration training. At the introductory training, we get to know the habits, possible limitations and pains, and the goals of the individual. We conduct an analysis of breathing mechanics, postural analysis, analysis of walking and movement, body composition and overall motor status, and define the current state and level of training.

PROGRESSIVE®​


PROGRESSIVE® is an intelligent and modern TZK for adults. Its goal is to improve the appearance and composition of the body, as well as the cognitive and physical abilities of each participant. PROGRESSIVE® programs are intended for recreationists of both sexes, who want to get the most out of one training session and develop mobility, strength, endurance, agility and speed.

If you want to improve the health of your spine and all joints through training, shape and tone the muscles of your entire body, increase your flexibility and strength, and move with ease, then this is the program for you. One of the most complete and certainly the most special methods today is Pilates, which is used in therapy, recreation and top sports.

DNS / NEUROMUSCULAR STABILIZATION


DNS – Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization, Prague School of Rehabilitation, is a method of learning optimal use of the body in movement and rest, modeled on the developmental stages of a child.

PREGNANT WOMEN


The program for pregnant women at the Body & Mind Center combines several complementary methods, each of which in its own way contributes to a healthy pregnancy and faster recovery after childbirth. DNS and STOTT PILATES® are the main methods of this program that jointly contribute to proper breathing and posture, optimal mobility and stability, maintenance of muscle tone, better circulation and risk-free relaxation.

SPORTS TRAINING FOR CHILDREN


If you want to contribute to the healthy growth and development and proper posture and movement of your child through quality training, then this is the program for you. SCHOOL 7 is a unique training system intended for children of primary and secondary school age, regardless of the level of training.

POWER FLOW


POWER FLOW combines various exercises and breathing techniques, the common goal of which is to increase mobility, strength, balance, ease and precision of movement, and conscious breathing. The POWER FLOW program improves recovery and reduces stress, raises energy levels, reduces inflammation and stress, and contributes to the vitality of the body and mind.

ACTIVE HEALTH TRAINING


ACTIVE health training combines therapeutic STOTT PILATES®, DNS and other corrective exercises into a unique kinesitherapy program. ACTIVE is intended for people with chronic diseases, people in post-rehabilitation and anyone who needs a permanently modified exercise program.

MOVEMENT THERAPY


Therapy at Body & Mind covers various forms of dysfunction caused by poor posture, movement and breathing, bone-muscle injuries, painful conditions and diseases. The current state of dysfunction is confirmed at the introductory therapy session, which covers consultation, assessment and diagnostics.

GRUPNI PROGRAM

Treninzi u grupama odvijaju se u malim trenažnim skupinama od 6 do 8 polaznika.
Male grupe omogućuju veću individualizaciju programa unutar iste skupine. Treninzi grupa programiraju se s ciljem postizanja konkretnih rezultata za određeni period, poštujući sastav grupe, razinu sposobnosti i mogućnosti klijenata unutar grupe. I unutar grupnih programa pazi se na kvalitetu podučavanja i kontrole izvođenja vježbi svakog sudionika te se nastoji odgovoriti individualno specifičnim zahtjevima klijenata unutar grupe.

Najbolji dio treninga u grupi je motivacijska atmosfera, veselje i pozitivizam koji su važan pokretač u kontinuiranoj brizi za zdravlje i vrhunsku formu.
Preporuča se osobama s ranijim iskustvom u treningu i osobama bez ograničenja, izuzev grupnih Prenatal i Active programa.

  • ACTIVE zdravstveni fitness (program terapije pokretom)*

*Ovi programi spadaju u grupne programe, ali za posebne populacijske skupine, osobe s posebnim ograničenjima i potrebom za modifikacijom vježbi te za osobe sa bolnim stanjima i ozljedama.

INDIVIDUALNI PROGRAM

Individualni treninzi su treninzi najvišeg standarda, temeljeni na rezultatima dijagnostike te usklađeni s ciljevima klijenta.

U ovom programu potpuno se odgovara preferencijama, osobinama i mogućnostima klijenta.

Klijenta se detaljno podučava, kontrolira i podržava u provedbi svake vježbe te drugim aspektima optimizacije zdravlja i dugovječnosti.

Posebno se preporuča osobama u kineziterapiji, osobama specifičnih trenažnih zahtjeva i ciljeva te osobama kojima treba više inicijalne podrške prilikom ulaska u trenažni program.
