Diagnostics of health and vitality is a unique service on our market intended for the general population, inactive and active recreationists and athletes who want a clearer insight into the level of their health and vitality.

The results of this diagnostic protocol tell us about the current level of physiological functionality and are an important predictor of health and longevity. It is the programs based on the results of these diagnostics that aim to improve the quality of life, resilience, health and abilities of the examinees.

This unique Body & Mind protocol is based on the most recent science and principles of preventive medicine, PNEI medicine, and is the basis for the creation of our MY HEALTH MANAGEMENT programs.

It is important to systematically monitor body composition from the very beginning of engaging in any physical activity, so that the trainer and the person engaged in systematic training know at all times whether corrections are needed within dietary habits or training systems that directly affect the quality of health of the exerciser in accordance with his goals, years and the initial state.

Breathing diagnostics includes the analysis of biochemical and bio-mechanical aspects of breathing and the analysis of the results of specially designed questionnaires.

With this diagnosis, the style and “location” of breathing is determined, ie a clear insight into the regularity and efficiency of breathing is obtained, which is reflected in everyday functionality, health and resistance, as well as cognitive and physical abilities.

Considering that everyone is an individual for himself, that he is unique in his breathing, posture and movement, it is precisely the individual diagnosis of breathing that is the basis of every breathing and training program.

The quality and quantity of breathing will tell us about the state of the nervous system and resistance to stress. At the same time, the resistance of the examinee and the possibility of developing all abilities depend on them.

Static and dynamic postural analysis determines the forms of bad posture and alignment of the skeleton, muscle imbalances and musculature activation. By analyzing the basic motor patterns, deficits in the mobility and stability of the joints and the quality of the basic movement structures are determined.

By obtaining information about postural, muscular or biomechanical deficits, individual prevention and training programs are created, the task of which is to:

DIAGNOSIS OF FUNCTIONAL ABILITIES AND VO2MAX

Diagnostics of functional abilities has the task of testing the form of the cardiovascular and respiratory systems. Diagnostics of functional abilities is carried out with a spiroergometry test, which also provides insight into the level of maximal oxygen intake (VO2Max).

According to the latest research, VO2Max is one of the most important indicators of health and a predictor of vitality and longevity.

Through this testing, we will gain insight into the pattern and efficiency of breathing, the ratio of CO2 and O2, and obtain intensity zones.

The test protocol is adapted to each one depending on the current condition and history of physical activity, so it can be a walking test or a treadmill test.

The test results are an important indicator of the examinee’s health and form, the basis for planning and programming training and monitoring progress. At the same time, according to the findings of this testing, we will be able to determine a more clearly individual breathing program and a complete health optimization program.

ANALYSIS OF CORTISOL PROFILE FROM SALIVA

It is recommended that the subjects take a cortisol profile from their saliva, which includes 4 daily measurements, which provide an insight into the morning cortisol level and the cortisol level throughout the day.
The process of taking the sample is simple and the respondents take it themselves at home according to a precisely defined protocol.

Samples are tested by specialized laboratories, while we at the Body & Mind lab exclusively interpret the findings, put them in context with other results, and create a healthy lifestyle program based on natural interventions.

Cortisol plays a significant role in the inflammation process, participates in the regulation of the metabolism of carbohydrates, fats and proteins and affects numerous organ systems in the human body. It is an important hormone of the circadian rhythm (wake-up and sleep rhythm), it is secreted more during times of stress, and its balance and optimal secretion according to a certain part of the day are extremely important for optimal health.

When it is in some type of dysregulation, it can negatively affect the level of daily energy and functionality, cause a number of physical and mental disorders such as depression, high blood pressure, metabolic syndrome, osteoporosis, etc. and excess body weight.

It is precisely the analysis of the salivary cortisol profile (shown by the cortisol curve) that is an important indicator of cortisol secretion throughout the day and, in connection with it, the health and stress resistance of the subject.

Treninzi u grupama odvijaju se u malim trenažnim skupinama od 6 do 8 polaznika.
Male grupe omogućuju veću individualizaciju programa unutar iste skupine. Treninzi grupa programiraju se s ciljem postizanja konkretnih rezultata za određeni period, poštujući sastav grupe, razinu sposobnosti i mogućnosti klijenata unutar grupe. I unutar grupnih programa pazi se na kvalitetu podučavanja i kontrole izvođenja vježbi svakog sudionika te se nastoji odgovoriti individualno specifičnim zahtjevima klijenata unutar grupe.

Najbolji dio treninga u grupi je motivacijska atmosfera, veselje i pozitivizam koji su važan pokretač u kontinuiranoj brizi za zdravlje i vrhunsku formu.
Preporuča se osobama s ranijim iskustvom u treningu i osobama bez ograničenja, izuzev grupnih Prenatal i Active programa.

*Ovi programi spadaju u grupne programe, ali za posebne populacijske skupine, osobe s posebnim ograničenjima i potrebom za modifikacijom vježbi te za osobe sa bolnim stanjima i ozljedama.

Individualni treninzi su treninzi najvišeg standarda, temeljeni na rezultatima dijagnostike te usklađeni s ciljevima klijenta.

U ovom programu potpuno se odgovara preferencijama, osobinama i mogućnostima klijenta.

Klijenta se detaljno podučava, kontrolira i podržava u provedbi svake vježbe te drugim aspektima optimizacije zdravlja i dugovječnosti.

Posebno se preporuča osobama u kineziterapiji, osobama specifičnih trenažnih zahtjeva i ciljeva te osobama kojima treba više inicijalne podrške prilikom ulaska u trenažni program.
