POWER FLOW

POWER FLOW combines various exercises and breathing techniques, the common goal of which is to increase  mobility, strength, balance, ease and  precision of movement, and conscious breathing.

The POWER FLOW program  improves recovery and reduces stress  ,  increases energy levels, reduces inflammation and stress, and contributes to the vitality of the body and mind.

It is recommended to everyone who wants to  achieve a balance of mind and body  , cultivate their vital energy and increase joy and peace through a beautiful fusion of breath and movement.

POWER FLOW is aimed at activating and unlocking all the potential of the fascia, the basic material of our bodies and the largest sensory organ. Good function and vitality of the fascia is a prerequisite for health, pain-free movement, high energy levels and physical and mental flexibility.

At the same time, fascias have the ability to release a huge amount of elastic energy , which contributes to precise and efficient movement, injury prevention, and the development and expression of performance in sports and recreation.

It is the POWER FLOW program that was created to get the most out of our fascias and enable us to achieve health, vitality and resilience that includes both physical and mental health and beyond through movement and breathing.

At the same time, it is an extremely creative and unique training program that is loved by everyone, regardless of gender and level of training.

WHAT IS POWER FLOW?

POWER FLOW represents a fusion of different movements and breathing techniques of Hatha Yoga, Qui Gong, Fascial fitness and free movement that has its links with dance, martial arts and different movement structures from sports.

Advantages of the POWER FLOW method :

How POWER FLOW was created


This method was created as a combination of all learned and trained training methods, free movement and movement research through different stages of our personal and professional growth. It is a pure representation of thinking outside the box, guided by intuition and pure intention and shaped by the knowledge and experiences of more than two decades.

POWER FLOW is an open book that changes and builds on our deep insights related to breath and movement, our teachings and realizations on all levels. The basic intention of this method is to connect a person with his body and breath and through this connection unlock all psycho-physical potentials, overcome the ego and love yourself.

POWER FLOW is for recreationists of both sexes, who want to improve their health, recovery and energy level.

POWER FLOW is for athletes and recreational athletes who want to increase their mobility, prevent injuries, improve recovery and abilities.

GRUPNI PROGRAM

Treninzi u grupama odvijaju se u malim trenažnim skupinama od 6 do 8 polaznika.
Male grupe omogućuju veću individualizaciju programa unutar iste skupine. Treninzi grupa programiraju se s ciljem postizanja konkretnih rezultata za određeni period, poštujući sastav grupe, razinu sposobnosti i mogućnosti klijenata unutar grupe. I unutar grupnih programa pazi se na kvalitetu podučavanja i kontrole izvođenja vježbi svakog sudionika te se nastoji odgovoriti individualno specifičnim zahtjevima klijenata unutar grupe.

Najbolji dio treninga u grupi je motivacijska atmosfera, veselje i pozitivizam koji su važan pokretač u kontinuiranoj brizi za zdravlje i vrhunsku formu.
Preporuča se osobama s ranijim iskustvom u treningu i osobama bez ograničenja, izuzev grupnih Prenatal i Active programa.

  • PILATES na parteru (MATWORK)
  • PROGRESSIVE funkcionalno – kondicijski program
  • POWER FLOW
  • SCHOOL 7 – Sportski programi za djecu
  • PRENATAL i POSTNATAL*
  • ACTIVE zdravstveni fitness (program terapije pokretom)*

*Ovi programi spadaju u grupne programe, ali za posebne populacijske skupine, osobe s posebnim ograničenjima i potrebom za modifikacijom vježbi te za osobe sa bolnim stanjima i ozljedama.

INDIVIDUALNI PROGRAM

Individualni treninzi su treninzi najvišeg standarda, temeljeni na rezultatima dijagnostike te usklađeni s ciljevima klijenta.

U ovom programu potpuno se odgovara preferencijama, osobinama i mogućnostima klijenta.

Klijenta se detaljno podučava, kontrolira i podržava u provedbi svake vježbe te drugim aspektima optimizacije zdravlja i dugovječnosti.

Posebno se preporuča osobama u kineziterapiji, osobama specifičnih trenažnih zahtjeva i ciljeva te osobama kojima treba više inicijalne podrške prilikom ulaska u trenažni program.

  • PROGRESSIVE program različitih ciljeva: redukcija potkožne masti, izgradnja mišića, povećanje funkcionalnosti i kondicije, razvoj sposobnosti i dr.
  • TERAPIJA POKRETOM – programi korekcije posture i sanacije bolnih stanja/ozljeda
  • PRENATAL i POSTNATAL

  • Single – jedan klijent s trenerom (1 na 1)
  • Duo – dva klijenta s trenerom (2 na 1)
  • Semi individual – tri klijenta s trenerom (3 na 1)
